Maintenance and repair services

You can have access to the expertise of a Claritas Hearing Audiologist and Clinical Case Manager (CCM) to continue to support you after you have purchased your hearing system – whenever you need them.

If you encounter any difficulties with your hearing technology, a Claritas Hearing CCM can work with our in-house Repair Centre to arrange for your hearing technology to be picked up from your address and delivered to us within 24 hours.

You will be kept updated on the progress of your hearing technology repairs at every stage of the process. Depending on the nature of the repairs required, your hearing aid could be sent back to your address and ready to be used in as little as 48 hours.

Learning to hear again

We may hear with our ears, but we listen with our brain.

In recent years, audiologists and scientists have become aware of the role our brains play in how we perceive and understand sounds. Even when our ears have been given the technology required to physically hear sounds with full clarity, it is still necessary to factor in how our brains process these sounds in order to learn to hear again.

On average, people wait 10 years before addressing their hearing loss - and the longer people wait to begin treatment for hearing difficulties, the longer it will take to train your brain to learn to hear again.

The best hearing rehabilitation pathway is the one that works for you. Each person’s journey to better hearing is different, and our Audiologists can give you access to the information, expertise, and support you need to regain the full experience of hearing the world through sound.
